The Transmount transmitter features an HDMI type A input which supports up to 1080p60 video and it transmits up to 1080p30 over Wi-Fi. Power is provided by the integrated 1400mAh battery which is charged using the micro-USB input/output port and lasts approximately 1.5 hours on a full charge. The micro-USB port also acts as a camera control port for various camera types and a Sony-specific camera control port provides camera control for Sony cameras.

Micro-USB mini-USB USB Type-B and USB Type-C camera control cables are included with the transmitter. The transmitter unit can be secured to a mount or stand via the included mounting plate and mounting screws.
